There is comprehensive collection of shia websites in shiasearch sites' directory section.
Shiasearch offers the shia websites for users in four categories: alphabetic, subject, countries and languages.
In alphabetic section users access to shia sites by searching the sites' URL.
In other section the shia sites have been listed according to subjects such as:

holy quran, ahl al-bayt (a.s.), creeds, holy places, Islamic centers, conferences, computer & internet, children, women, audio & video and…
